Docniva's tools are provided free of charge for personal and professional use. You may use them to process any PDF files you have the right to modify. By using this service, you confirm that:

All file processing happens entirely within your browser. Your PDFs are never transmitted to Docniva's servers — because there are none involved in the process. When you close the tab or navigate away, your browser clears all file data from memory.

You retain full ownership of any files you open or download using Docniva. We make no claim to your content, and we have no ability to access it.

Docniva is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do our best to make sure the tools work reliably, but we cannot guarantee they will always be available, accurate, or suitable for every purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Docniva is not liable for any loss of data, damage to files, or other harm that may result from using the service. Always keep a backup of any important files before processing them.

We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of Docniva at any time. We may also update these terms — when we do, we'll revise the date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of Docniva after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
